Job Description

Key responsibilities

Lead generation:

Identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and outreach.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Strategy and planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies and customized solutions to achieve revenue targets.

Sales process management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification and product demonstration to contract negotiation and deal closure.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align on strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Market analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Reporting and tracking:

Use CRM systems to track progress, update customer databases, and analyze business performance.
Required skills and qualifications

Communication and interpersonal skills:

Strong ability to build rapport, communicate complex ideas clearly, and negotiate effectively.

Analytical skills:

Ability to perform market research, analyze data, and identify trends to inform strategy.

Sales skills:

Experience with consultative or solution-based selling, including pitching, presenting, and closing deals.

Organizational skills:

Excellent time management, prioritization, and the ability to manage a pipeline of leads and deals.

Technical proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other productivity tools.

Goal-oriented mindset:

A self-motivated and results-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Experience:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, along with several years of experience in sales or business development.
