Job Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
lead generation, new business development, and driving admissions growth
through effective communication and relationship management.
This is a
full-time, on-site role
with a strong focus on business development and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Manage and nurture leads through effective communication.
Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing students.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets.
Support admission processes and ensure smooth student onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance conversion and outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum
1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
(education sector preferred).
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
No fieldwork required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
