Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, confident, and result-oriented
Business Development Executive / Sales Coordinator
to support our sales and client coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, maintaining records, assisting the sales team, and ensuring smooth order processing and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and internal sales teams for inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Support in preparing sales quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
Handle customer communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM data.
Assist in lead generation and follow up on prospective clients.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution.
Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and MIS data.
Support management in business development activities and client retention.
Requirements:
Female candidate only.
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination / business development / customer support.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
Well-organized, multitasking, and proactive in approach.
Salary:
?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience)
