We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to drive growth and generate new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching products or services, and closing deals that contribute to the company's revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Generate leads through online and offline channels (calls, emails, social media, events).
Schedule meetings and product demos with potential clients.
Present company offerings clearly and confidently to prospects.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Negotiate deals and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in pitching to clients and handling objections.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
