About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

with experience in selling

Digital Marketing (DM) services

. The ideal candidate will be based in

Pune

, have prior sales experience, a strong local business network, and excellent communication skills to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and pitch

digital marketing services

(SEO, social media, PPC, branding, etc.) to businesses in Pune. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research. Leverage existing contacts and expand client base across multiple industries. Develop and present proposals tailored to client requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with service offerings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

(Digital Marketing sales preferred). Must be

Pune-based

with a strong business contact base in the local market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

. Strong client relationship-building and networking ability. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
