About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and ambitious

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our sales team. The right candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our digital marketing services in Pune.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calls, and references. Pitch and present digital marketing services to prospective clients. Build long-term business relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Maintain records of leads, calls, meetings, and closures.

Requirements



Must be

Pune-based

with a strong contact network.

1-3 years of sales/business development experience

(preferred in IT, services, or digital marketing). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities. Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
