Roles and Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies

to achieve

business growth

and

revenue targets

.

Identify and explore new B2B lead generation channels

to expand the

client base

.

Build and maintain strong relationships

with

existing and potential clients

to understand their needs and offer

tailored solutions

.

Prepared and presented compelling business proposals

and

sales presentations

to potential clients.

Create and execute marketing strategies

for

new service offerings

, including

value propositions

and

branding

.

Oversee the production of marketing materials

such as

brochures, presentations, newsletters, and case studies

.

Manage and optimize social media channels

(LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to support

lead generation

and

brand awareness

.

Conduct market research

and provide insights into

domestic and international market trends

to drive business growth.

Lead contract negotiations

and ensure adherence to

regional sales standards

.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics

through

daily and weekly reports

, identifying areas for improvement.

Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information

in the company database.

Mentor and guide the sales team

to meet and exceed

sales goals

.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Minimum of 3 years of proven experience

in sales, preferably in

B2B or digital marketing sectors

.

Bachelor's degree

in

Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

.

Strong sales and results-oriented mindset

with a

proactive and positive attitude

.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

.

Proficient in using social media platforms

for

business development

.

Exceptional negotiation and client management skills

.

Highly organized

with the ability to

multitask

and

adapt

to changing business needs.

Leadership capabilities

with experience in

managing and motivating a sales team

.

Must focus solely on professional tasks during office hours

, without engaging in

extracurricular activities

.
