Business Development Executive (Telecaller - SaaS Sales)
to promote and sell our ERP software

The ideal candidate will handle
incoming enquiries, cold calling, product explanation, follow-ups, and sales closures
, ensuring clients are converted into paid users and renewed annually.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Handling & Telecalling
Handle incoming enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce BeSync ERP
Understand customer requirements, business type, and pain points
Explain ERP features and benefits in simple and clear language
Product Presentation & Consultation
Provide product information and basic demos over call or online
Suggest suitable modules and pricing based on client needs
Share brochures, proposal documents, and demo videos
Sales & Follow-up
Maintain strong follow-up until deal closure
Convert leads into paid subscriptions
Encourage annual renewals and upgrades
Achieve monthly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Act as the primary contact for pre-sales queries
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and support
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and sales progress in CRM
Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, enquiries, and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in
software sales / SaaS sales / ERP sales
prefered
Experience in telecalling or inside sales preferred
Ability to explain software features in simple business language
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of business processes (Accounts, Inventory, Billing, POS, CRM, Service/Repair, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and online meeting platforms
