Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-3 years of experience in business development or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate and convert leads
Basic knowledge of IT services / digital solutions is a plus
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
