Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly targets
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal
Maintain client records and update CRM regularly
Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in sales / business development / client handling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong customer-focused attitude and ability to build long-term relationships
Ability to work under target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software
