The Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting the institution's educational programs through seminars, outreach activities, and lead generation. The role involves coordinating with schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and prospective students to organize seminars, manage appointments, collect and maintain data, and convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Seminar Coordination & Execution
Plan, schedule, and organize seminars, workshops, and awareness programs in schools, colleges, and other institutions.
Coordinate with management, faculty, and external partners for smooth execution.
Prepare seminar materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Appointments & Client Engagement
Schedule and confirm appointments for seminars and follow-up meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate relations departments.
Follow up with participants and leads post-events to drive admissions or partnerships.
Data Collection & Management
Collect and compile data from seminars, events, and other outreach programs.
Maintain a database of potential leads, institutions, and contact persons.
Analyse collected data to support sales and business development strategies.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new opportunities for institutional tie-ups and student admissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Support marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, marketing and sales. (experience in the education sector preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel for seminars and outreach activities.

Compensation:
Range: 15-18k + incentives based on performance
Travel allowances as per company policy
