Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through online/offline channels, referrals, and partnerships.
Reach out to potential students, explain program details, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Conduct counseling sessions and follow up with leads to achieve admission targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, colleges, and training partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and webinars.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, lead status updates, and conversion data.
Represent AIBI Campus at virtual or physical events to promote programs and partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
Experience in education sales, telecalling, or EdTech marketing is an added advantage.
