Job Role:
We're looking for a
B2B
Business Development Executive to drive sales, pitch creative solutions, and
close high-value deals
. You should be confident, strategic, and target-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential B2B clients across industries who need animation, AI, or digital marketing solutions
Understand client requirements and craft tailored pitches highlighting our visualisation services
Lead end-to-end sales cycle -- from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and closing high-value deals
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Founders, CXOs)
Strategically handle objections, pricing discussions, and deal structuring to ensure mutual value
Maintain lead tracking and sales reporting using CRM tools
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Experience:
2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in advertising, creative services, or digital marketing
Strong ability to close high-ticket deals with strategic sales techniques
Excellent professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience managing long sales cycles and interacting with senior decision-makers
Proficiency in CRM platforms
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
