Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities, including retailers and wholesalers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and production teams to offer customized jewelry solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and untapped markets (locally and internationally).
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and product catalogs to potential clients.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and order terms with clients in coordination with internal departments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition--preferably in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods industry.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical details of jewelry manufacturing.
Willingness to travel locally or internationally for client meetings or trade events.
