We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive company sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email, networking, social media, etc.)
Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions/products
Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Prepare and deliver presentations and sales pitches
Negotiate terms and close sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in sales or customer handling is an added advantage
