Ours is a corporate gifting company.

We need Business Development executive to Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and support the company's strategic growth initiatives.

The role involves market research, lead generation, partnership development,

and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients, new markets, and business growth

opportunities through research and analysis.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to

achieve sales targets and profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing

clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, conduct sales presentations, and

lead negotiations to closure.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business

strategies and branding initiatives.

Prepare proposals, RFQs/RFP responses, budgets, forecasts, and

reports for management review.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

to support strategic decision-making.

Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to

enhance brand visibility and create partnerships.

Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of sales pipelines

and performance metrics.
