We are looking for an
Business Development Executive
who will be responsible for
counseling prospective learners, conducting cold calls, and guiding them on how emerging technologies
can shape their careers.
Role Overview
As an
Business Development Executive
, you will play a crucial role in
engaging with potential learners, understanding their career goals, and advising them on the right upskilling opportunities
. This role involves
career counseling, cold calling, and relationship-building
to ensure learners make informed decisions about their future.
You will be working closely with the
Sales & Career Advisory team
, utilizing
consultative selling techniques and outreach strategies
to increase course enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Cold call potential learners
to introduce them to AcceleratorX's courses and career opportunities.
Counsel prospective learners
on career trends, the impact of AI, Data Analytics, and Product Management, and how our courses can help them grow.
Conduct
one-on-one career advisory calls and webinars
to guide professionals and students.
Understand learner pain points and
recommend relevant courses
based on their career aspirations.
Follow up with leads, handle objections, and provide
personalized guidance
on upskilling.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead details, conversations, and progress tracking.
Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.
Stay updated on
emerging technology trends
to provide relevant and insightful career guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience
in sales, career counseling, business development, or EdTech.
Excellent
communication and persuasion skills
to engage with prospective learners effectively.
Comfortable with
cold calling, follow-ups, and handling objections professionally
.
Passion for
technology, education, and helping people upskill
.
Ability to
understand customer needs
and align them with the right learning path.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships over phone calls.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to
excel in EdTech consulting and sales
.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in
cold calling, student counseling, or sales
.
Exposure to
CRM tools.
Understanding of
AI, Data Analytics, Product Management, and Digital Marketing
is a plus (Training will be provided).
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Knowledge of
emerging technologies &
AI.
