Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in the IT/Software industry). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends. Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients in line with their needs and business goals. Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and improve outreach. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a B2B sales environment. Understanding of the IT services/solutions landscape. Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycle.
