Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution after deal closure
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
