Job Title: Business Development Executive



Location : Gurugram, Haryana



Shift Timings : 10 am till 7 pm



Role:



As a key member of our team, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, including:

Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property. Explain to the customers about the products, their features, and benefits. Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects. Take the lead and be proactive by reaching out to potential customers through engaging sales calls. Go for the site visits with the clients and show them relevant properties. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, and developing and negotiating contracts. Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
