About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) who can meet parents, explain the EdTech course curriculum, and close sales by collecting payments. This is a field-based role requiring good communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit parents and students to explain the EdTech course offerings.
Clearly communicate course curriculum, benefits, and value to parents.
Build trust and maintain relationships with parents for successful enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales targets through direct interactions and field visits.
Handle on-the-spot queries and objections confidently.
Ensure a smooth enrollment process and collect payments.
Requirements:
Education: Any graduate (freshers & experienced candidates welcome).
Gender: Male candidates only.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable with field sales and client visits.
Should be self-motivated and target-oriented.
Allowances for field travel.
