BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE & REPAIR-IT DELIVERY ASSOCIATE

JOB TITLE : Business Development Executive cum Delivery Associate
JOB TYPE - Full Time / Commission Based / Incentive Based

LOCATION : Ahmedabad Field-Based (visiting garages and customers location)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PARTNER ONBOARDING & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Visit and identify potential garage partners (car and bike workshops) in the assigned territory.
- Register and on-board interested garage partners on the Repair-it platform with complete details.
- Ensure the garage profile is complete and attractive.
- Assist garage owners in creating and updating their garage service menu (services, categories, pricing, etc.)

EXPLAIN ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO :

- Service quality standards and customer experience expectations.
- Commission percentage charged on each successful order.
- One-time Onboarding / Listing fee which will be charged on the first order.
- Commission on every transaction as mentioned in the T&C.
- Ensure the partner understands and agrees to the business model, fee structure, and service quality requirements before going live.
- Provide product training to garage owners and staff on how to use the Repair-it partner app (order handling, status updates, payments, etc.)

2. SALES, MARKETING & BRAND ESTABLISHMENT
- Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads and on-board more garages.
- Execute offline marketing campaigns around on boarded garages to increase customer footfall and online orders.
- Distribute flyers, place standees, and coordinate local promotions as required.
- Promote Repair-it as a trusted and convenient solution for car & bike service and repair in the local area.
- Support brand-building and visibility initiatives as guided by management.

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE, PICK-UP & DROP OPERATIONS
- Handle vehicle pick-up and drop for customers, from their home / office to the partner garage and back.
- Drive customer vehicles safely, responsibly, and professionally, ensuring no damage and a smooth experience.
- Coordinate with customers on timing, location, and service requirements, and with garages on job status and completion.
- Assist garages, customers, and pick-up / drop representatives in resolving basic operational issues and queries.
- Ensure all service orders, pick-up / drop activities, and status updates are correctly recorded in the app.
- Ensure all payment activities (collections, confirmations, commissions, settlements) are done correctly and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing and / or Auto Servicing & Repairing.
- Must know to drive both two-wheeler (bike) and four-wheeler (car) & must have a valid driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain terms, conditions, commissions, and processes clearly to garage partners and customers.
- Goal-oriented mind-set with a strong desire to grow in a sales and operations role.
- Ability to work independently in the field and also collaborate within a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Maps and comfort using mobile apps.
- Passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn more about services, repairs, and customer handling.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- To on-board and educate potential garage partners, ensuring they are fully set up and compliant with quality standards and T&Cs.
- To drive customer acquisition for on boarded garages through offline marketing and local brand-building activities.
- To assist in operations by managing vehicle pick-up & drop and supporting smooth coordination between customers, garages, and the company.
- To ensure accurate and timely payments, commissions, and settlements as per the agreed fee structure and terms.

Pay: ?15,970.92 - ?28,000.00 per month
