Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

Engage with potential customers and understand their business needs Present and demonstrate WhatsApp automation solutions through calls and online demos Handle the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing Follow up regularly to move leads through the sales pipeline Achieve monthly sales targets with strategic planning
Lead Management & CRM

Generate and manage leads from social media, CRM, referrals, and inbound sources Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and deals in CRM tools Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in talking to customers and explaining solutions Result-oriented mindset with willingness to work on targets Basic computer knowledge Comfortable working from office in

Vesu, Surat


Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles Familiarity with CRM tools or sales pipelines Basic understanding of software, SaaS, or automation tools Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently
