You will work closely with our Sales & Marketing team to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and support business growth initiatives within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
Assist in planning and executing outbound sales campaigns.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.
Join client meetings, demos, presentations, and contribute to negotiations.
Conduct market research and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
Requirements
Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT industry preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with outbound communication and achieving targets.
