Manage inbound leads by understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
Build and maintain case studies, sales decks, and portfolio snippets for client pitches.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial terms in line with client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, creative) to deliver tailored solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1-4 years of proven experience in
B2B sales / Business Development
, preferably in IT, digital agency, or creative/content services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience in lead generation via LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital platforms.
Ability to work independently with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
