About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Business Development Executive

to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have basic exposure to

online bidding platforms

like

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar portals

and a keen interest in building a career in sales and client acquisition for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects across platforms such as

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.

Assist in generating leads, building client relationships, and managing proposals. Write professional and customized cover letters/proposals for potential projects. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare project estimations. Follow up with clients, maintain communication, and help convert leads into successful projects. Maintain proper records of bids, proposals, and client interactions. Stay updated with IT service trends and competitor activities in the marketplace.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of

bidding portals

(Upwork, Freelancer, etc.). Strong written and verbal

communication skills

in English. Ability to draft compelling and client-focused proposals. Good understanding of IT services such as

Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, etc.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Business, IT, Marketing, or related field

(preferred, not mandatory). 0 - 6 months of relevant experience in business development / bidding.
