We are looking for an experienced Female Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Proven experience in closing deals and handling clients
Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience
3-5+ years of experience
in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
Experience in
B2B/B2C sales
(industry-specific experience is a plus)
