Company Policy:

Employee must sign a

2-Year Agreement

with the company Resignation allowed only after 1 year with a

30-45 day notice period

Justified exceptions (marriage, relocation, etc.) may be considered by HR

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers for wellness and cosmetology services Generate leads through field visits, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms Convert leads into appointments and successful closures Counsel clients on services and available packages Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain client records and follow-up system using internal CRM tools Collaborate with front desk, doctors, and marketing team for seamless service delivery Share daily reporting with branch manager and HO

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any stream) Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years in sales, wellness, beauty, or healthcare industry Skills: Strong communication, convincing power, and positive attitude Must be target-oriented, energetic, and proactive in field and desk sales Willing to complete unpaid training in Chandigarh and relocate to Jalandhar post-training Must agree to company's 2-year commitment policy

Work Timings:

9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days:

(6 Days a Week)

Weekly Off:

1 Weekday (Saturday & Sunday are working days)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
