The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
Present and promote company products and services to potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure conversions and satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Training Period:
5-7 days of sales and product training (mandatory).
Evaluation will be conducted post-training before confirmation.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
Experience:
0-2 years in business development or sales (freshers can apply).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
