The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth for the firm's
law and finance consultancy services
by developing business strategies, acquiring clients, and building long-term partnerships. The role closely supports legal and financial advisory teams to expand the firm's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies for legal and financial consultancy services
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and markets
Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
Support legal and financial advisory teams in client engagement and proposal development
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Assist in structuring advisory offerings aligned with client needs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements
Education
MBA (Finance / Management)
and
LLB (or equivalent qualification)
Experience
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in law firms, financial services, consulting, or advisory roles
Key Skills & Competencies
Business strategy and planning
Client acquisition and relationship management
Financial analysis and basic financial planning
Legal research, regulatory understanding, and compliance
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams

Experience in law or finance consulting firms
Exposure to corporate advisory, compliance, or transaction support
Salary: Rs. 40,000 to 80,000
