Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident
Business Development Executive (BDE)
with 0-1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to schools, generating leads, promoting Techradience workshops, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential schools and institutions for workshops and training programs.
Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
Pitch Techradience services to school coordinators, principals, and decision-makers.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and demo sessions with schools.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert leads into business.
Coordinate with the operations and training team to ensure smooth program execution.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, prospects, and closures in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate (BBA, BCom, BTech, BA, etc.)
Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience in sales or business development.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with clients.
Basic understanding of the education or EdTech sector (preferred).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
