Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-driven and strategic Business Development Executive with a strong background in marketing to generate leads, pitch services, close high-value deals, and develop long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will have the ability to speak fluent professional English, understand modern marketing strategies, and drive sales with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Digital Marketing Services (Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Paid Campaigns). Pitch, present, and sell Branding Collaterals, Ad Film Production, Influencer Marketing, Digital PR, WhatsApp Web Reseller Business, Voice Call Campaigns, Bulk SMS, Billboards, Newspapers, and Celebrity Ad services to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize client retention and upsell opportunities. Plan and execute strategic sales meetings and client presentations with the ability to close meetings effectively. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, media) to customize proposals and deliver client solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the business ahead of trends. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is mandatory. Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing preferred. Minimum Experience Requirement - e.g., 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development within an agency or media background. Excellent command of spoken and written professional English. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving KPIs. Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations. Familiarity with advertising platforms, marketing tools, and CRM software is a plus.
