Job Title: Business Development Executive
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth for our IT services business. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, requirement analysis, and closing deals for web, mobile, software, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads for IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software, Cloud, AI, etc.)
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients
Maintain sales pipeline and client data in CRM
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Track market trends and competitor offerings
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
0-3 years of experience in IT sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle
Experience with lead generation tools and platforms
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
