KRA: The KRA of this profile is to generate leads and mature the leads into prospects and thereby assist the BD Manager in closing the sale.
Job Responsibilities:
? Reaching out to the cold prospects, to generate leads and engage them to pull them for a call with the Vertical head/Manager.
? Effectively use communication platforms like LinkedIn, Phone, Skype, and Email to connect with the prospects
? Use of Multiple channels for lead generation like Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn etc.
? Generate, follow, and forward all opportunities to the Manager.
? Fix virtual meetings of interested prospects with the Manager and coordinate to make them happen.
? Always stay connected with prospects, even when transferred to the Manager, until it is closed.
? Coordinate with the BD team about product offerings and domain knowledge.
? Prepare and maintain a database for leads.
? Keep learning new updates on new product lines and services.
Minimum Requirements:
? Outbound experience / Inside sales / lead generation
? Candidates with strong and relevant B2B sales experience in an IT company.
? Result-oriented and zealous to excel
? Pleasing personality with excellent communication in English
Minimum Experience: 3+ years
Location: Remote
Educational: BCA/MCA/B.Tech /MBA in IT/Marketing (This can be waived depending upon a candidate's experience)
Working Days: Mon-Fri (Sat & Sun Off)
