GroveTech Solutions is expanding its business development team! We're looking for enthusiastic and result-driven
BDEs/BDMs
who can identify new opportunities, manage client relationships, and help drive overall business growth.
What You'll Do
Generate and qualify leads through various channels
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present and promote company services to prospective clients
Handle B2B/B2C communication and negotiations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We're Looking For
1-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Handling
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in IT/software service sales is a plus
Goal-oriented attitude with strong decision-making skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
