We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) and Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our IT company in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing sales strategies.
Location - Phase 8, Industrial Area Mohali
Working Time - 8 PM to 5 AM
Working Days - 5
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Experience in lead generation and client communication via Upwork.
Comfortable with client chats and calls.
Should understand project requirements and coordinate with the tech team.
Generate B2B leads via email and LinkedIn.
Track record in closing deals is a strong advantage.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
Provide regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and targets.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
Salary - 25,000 to 50,000 Per Month
Strong understanding of IT products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience 1 - 5 Years
Salary 3 Lac To 6 Lac P.A.
