We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Associates to join our growing sales team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and inclusion, who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, closing sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Close deals with new and existing clients, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct in-depth account research to identify key decision-makers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive deal closures.
Maintain a detailed database of prospects and sales activities in the CRM.
Conduct offline and online product demos for prospective clients.
Participate in marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Visit pediatricians, psychiatrists, and special needs centers to build partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Postgraduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred).
2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, EdTech, or Educational Services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with startup culture and proficiency in digital tools & CRM systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and proactive work ethic.
Experience in client-facing roles, particularly in education or healthcare, is an advantage.
