BDE ACOUSTIC SALES
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Business Unit Head
Responsible for: Build and manage relationships with all key contacts, manage most of the aspects in major projects, Explore and close new business opportunities
Role & Responsibilities
? Build and manage relationships with all key contacts in the assigned region, including but not limited to engineers, architects, acoustical consultants, developers, and contractors.
? Manage most of the aspects in major projects in the region that require acoustical design solutions or competitors' products in commercial and other building types.
? Explore and close new business opportunities by developing project-specific strategies that incorporate own products.
? Contribute creatively to new product development as well as any other area of the business.
? Provide oversight and analysis of the day-to-day sales, margin, and customer relationship management for the assigned region.
? Understand your assigned region and customers personally where it can profitably achieve dominant market share.
? Schedule regular customer facing (in person when applicable or virtual) within the assigned region to increase market share and maintain solid partnerships.
? Other duties as desired per operational needs.
Preferred requirements for the role
? Diploma/Degree in Engineering ideally but not a must
? Candidate with specification sales experience in building material or in Architectural Acoustic background preferred.
? Good command of English, both spoken and written
? Go-getter and results oriented with strong drive to make it happen and tackle demanding tasks.
? Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
? Courage to challenge, and ability to adjust myself in a rapidly changing business, insightful and good at independent thinking.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
