We are a reputed Banking & Finance Training Institute, committed to providing quality education and career guidance to aspiring candidates. We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Business Development Executive / Academic Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding Banking & Finance courses and career opportunities

Handle walk-in candidates, telephonic inquiries, and online leads

Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses

Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments

Maintain daily reports of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions

Coordinate with the training and operations team

Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets

Ensure professional communication and ethical counseling practices

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

Experience: Freshers are welcome / Experience in counseling, sales, or education industry is an added advantage

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM - if applicable)

Salary: 10k to 12k per month (based on experience & performance)
