Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-centric

Academic Counsellor

to guide prospective students through academic programs, admissions, and career pathways. The role requires working in the

US shift

, engaging with international students (primarily from the US), understanding their academic goals, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students via

calls, emails, chats, and video sessions

during US working hours Understand student profiles, academic backgrounds, and career aspirations Provide detailed information about

courses, universities, admission processes, eligibility, and timelines

Guide students through the

application and enrollment process

Maintain accurate records of student interactions in

CRM systems

Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and enrollment closure Meet or exceed

monthly counselling and enrollment targets

Coordinate with admissions, operations, and academic teams Stay updated with

education trends, programs, and international admission requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
