Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and qualify potential customers (students, parents, institutions) via outbound and inbound channels.
Conduct market research to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Customer Engagement:
Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, and discovery calls with U.S.-based prospects.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate EdTech solutions.
Sales & Conversions:
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Nurture leads through the sales funnel and close deals effectively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Generate and analyze reports to track performance metrics
