Job Title: Business Development Associate - School Sales
Location: Pune
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years preferably in school sales (educational publishing,ed-tech, or academic product sales)
Role Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to driveschool sales in the Pune region. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experiencein selling educational products/services to schools and be passionate about building long-termclient relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and approach new schools to promote and sell educational products
? Conduct meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to school authorities
? Build and maintain relationships with principals, coordinators, and key decision-makers
? Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
? Handle client queries, follow-ups, and ensure successful deal closures
? Monitor competitor activity and market trends
? Participate in marketing activities such as school events, exhibitions, and seminars
? Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Candidate Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in school sales or B2B education sales
? Bachelor's degree (preferred in education, business, or marketing)
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
? Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Pune and nearby regions
? Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
