Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored marketing, web development, and related digital solutions. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and pitches. Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential niches. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in marketing, IT, or digital services). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical concepts in web development and digital marketing. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
