Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Associate (BDA) + HR professionals. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and supporting organizational objectives through HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain client databases and liaise with key partners.
• Create strategies to increase sales and improve brand visibility.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies.
• Counsel learning prospects and offer career advice.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• A strong willingness to pursue an MBA through our program.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for growth and learning.
