Key Responsibilities ? Drive B2C inside sales with a focus on consultative selling. ? Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. ? Understand customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations. ? Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. ? Proactively source new sales opportunities using company-provided leads via calls and emails. ? Engage with potential customers by providing detailed product information and addressing enquiries effectively. ? Drive conversions by closing sales and consistently achieving weekly and monthly targets. ? Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
