, you will be responsible for driving sales and student acquisition in the North American market. You will engage with prospective students or parents (depending on the product), understand their learning needs, and recommend suitable solutions offered by our platform. This role is ideal for self-driven, goal-oriented professionals with strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads from the US region through calls, emails, and chats.
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant EdTech products or services.
Conduct video counseling sessions to guide students or parents through the enrollment process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for leads, demos, and conversions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline data using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Follow up diligently with potential leads and close sales effectively
