Business Development Associate
to join our dynamic team. As a BDA, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and helping grow the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Present and promote products/services professionally to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up on leads and close deals effectively.
Maintain and update client databases and activity records.
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.
