Business Development Associate (BDA)

Delhi

and a passion for sales and client interaction. The ideal candidate will help generate business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions Generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and leads

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any field (mandatory)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Immediate joiners preferred
