Business Development Associate
with
2-6 years of experience in the FinTech sector
. If you have in-depth knowledge of
mutual funds and investment products
, a flair for building client relationships, and a track record of exceeding sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for investment and financial products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships (CRM) to drive retention and upselling.
Address client objections and deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads.
Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on financial products and services.
Requirements
2-6 years of experience in FinTech, mutual funds, investments, or related financial services.
Solid understanding of mutual fund products, investments, and financial planning.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi (mandatory)
.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with CRM software.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, simple way.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
