JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and communicative

Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern

to join our team at

Career Bridge India Pvt Ltd

. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to develop professional communication, consultation, and business coordination skills in the EdTech and IT services sector.

You will interact with learners and professionals, helping them explore the right programs based on their goals. The role also includes supporting outreach activities, maintaining relationships, and contributing to the growth of the organization through meaningful engagement.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Qualification:

Any Graduate or Post Graduate

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, passion for education and helping students, empathetic and resourceful

Experience:

Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome Ability to handle multiple conversations and manage follow-ups in a structured and timely manner Basic understanding of technology domains (e.g., Full Stack, Cloud, Data Science) is preferred but not mandatory
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and clearly explain the courses offered (Technical, Business & Creative programs) Engage with potential clients including students, professionals, and corporate partners to understand their skill development and technology needs Provide clear and accurate information about training programs, internships, and project opportunities across domains such as Full Stack Development, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and more Conduct one-on-one discussions or group sessions to guide individuals toward the most suitable learning or consultancy solutions Collaborate with mentors, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous client support Maintain organized records of interactions, follow-ups, and feedback to enhance client experience Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners for long-term collaboration Assist in coordinating webinars, industry events, and promotional activities Support the creation and distribution of marketing and informational materials Collect market insights and client feedback to help improve offerings and service quality
SALARY & BENEFITS

Internship Duration:

6 months

Internship Stipend:

?14,000/month (Performance + Credit Point Based)

Post-Internship CTC (Full-Time Employment):



?1.9 LPA Fixed

?3.60 LPA Variable

WORK SCHEDULE

Timing:

2:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Working Days:

Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off - as of now)

Activity Day:

Team Thrive Thursday (Together Thursday) - weekly team-building, games, and engagement activities

Monthly Team Events:

Two team lunches and two team dinners every month

Refreshments:

One-time evening refreshment between 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
LEAVE POLICYLeave Eligibility

Interns are entitled to paid leaves during the internship period. For a 6-month internship, interns will be eligible for paid leaves as per company policy.

Types of Leave

Casual Leave (CL):

For personal reasons, emergencies, or short-term absence

Sick Leave (SL):

For illness or medical emergencies (medical certificate may be required if leave exceeds 2 consecutive days)

Earned Leave (EL) / Optional Leave:

Not applicable during internship
Leave Approval Process

Interns must request leave in advance by sending an email to:

The leave request should clearly state the reason, dates of absence, and contact details during the leave period. Approval must be received before the leave dates; unapproved absences may be treated as unauthorized.

Unplanned Absences

In case of sudden illness or emergency, interns should notify the HR team as soon as possible via email.

Leave Carry Forward / Encashment

Leave cannot be carried forward beyond the internship period and will not be encashed.

Leave Without Pay (LWP)

Any leave taken beyond the approved paid leaves will be considered as Leave Without Pay and may affect internship completion and stipend.

Attendance and Punctuality

Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Interns are expected to adhere to the work schedule:

2:00 PM - 8:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday

INTERNSHIP TRAINING & ATTENDANCE POLICY

Initial Training Period:

The internship will begin with an 8-day unpaid training phase including onboarding, orientation, and basic process training

Start of Paid Internship:

Begins after successful completion of the training phase

Minimum Attendance Requirement:

26 working days of active participation each month

Minimum Daily Work Hours:

8 hours of productive work per day (including scheduled breaks)

Attendance Tracking:

Interns must log login/logout times, maintain daily task sheets, and submit end-of-day status reports

Impact on Stipend:

Failure to meet attendance or working hour requirements will directly impact stipend eligibility
